Why is your blog titled "Shining as Stars?"
Because one of my favourite verses in the Bible is Philippians 2 :15 "... so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a wicked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe..."
As a daughter of the King of Heaven, I want to His light to shine through me and be reflected in everything I do and say.
What does this blog aim to do exactly?
Conquer the world of course! Haha, another of my pathetic jokes. I created this blog because I wanted to write about my hobbies like reading, watching films, fashion, missions etc., in a Godly and absolutely fun way. I also wanted to discuss deeper issues of the heart and document my growing relationship with God.
Is your real name Marie?
Unfortunately no, it's the French version of my my middle name.
Are comments welcome?
Bring on the comments, I love 'em! I do, however, have a few rules. No bad language, swearing, dirty jokes or nasty comments on this blog. I doubt anyone would even think of doing such a thing, but I'm putting these rules up anyway. Break these four cardinal rules, and your comment will be deleted. Mercilessly.
Can anyone comment, even if they're not Christian?
Oh yes! I'm not part of any exclusive club, for Christ's love is given freely to all. I adore meeting new people and hearing diverse opinions.
